Last year saw the introduction of four new Large Volume Classes. Classes 7.4, 7.5, 7.6, 7.7 are open to producers of Large Volume Wines (500,000 litres minimum) that are comprised of more that 51% minimum Inland regional content (i.e. from Riverina, Pericoota, Swan Hill, Murray Darling and Riverland). It was found that a lot of wineries were now blending grapes from diverse regions around Australia to enhance their product lines, and to acknowledge this, the Show added these classes to enable producers to have their product assessed by our panel of eminently qualified Judges.
