Building on a fine reputation for a "good night out", the 2007Public Tasting was held again in the centrally located Swan Hill Town Hall. Heralded as another successful public culmination to the 2007 Australian Inland Wine Show the show featured all the entries from the 2007 judging. The Public Tasting saw an even larger crowd than the year before "judging for themselves" the many wines on offer for sampling. Patrons also had the opportunity to enjoy food provided through the night by Murray's Tapas Bar.
The night's music was provided by the "Duck Mountain Jazz Band" and as last year, the Australian Inland Wine Giveaway was once again in full swing allowing lucky winners the chance to take home some wonderful wines from the Inland Wine Regions of Australia.
All in all a wonderful night of fine wine and fine entertainment makes the Australian Inland Wine Show's Public Tasting a must see annual event.
